Foreign Aid: this is limited to allies only. In matters where the Government believes they should give foreign aid, the amount and reason and amount will be discussed in congress. President has to agree, and 2/3 of House and Senate have to agree.
Cuba, Afghanistan and Israeli/Palestine
Cuba: America should here. FIrst off, Cuba and America are not allie and never have been. Secondly, this issue is a matter of morals and "unfairness". It is not necesarry for America to get involved. Not getting involved will not hurt America in any way.
Israeli and Palestinian Conflict: We side with Israeli. The Palestinians are voilent and are fighting for land that rightly deserves to the Israeli. We will continue to help the Israeli's in any way we can. We will send troops if needed.
Afghanistan and Iran: since we are not allies with these countries, our troops would be pulled from these countries and any other country that we aren't allies with.
Foreign Aid Allies
Allies in Foreign Aid: Saudi Arabia, England, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Fiji, Canada, South Korea, U.A.E, Ireland, Norway, China and Egypt. If America becomes an ally with another country, they will be added to the Foreign Aid list/budget.
